This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you, the individual or entity registering one or more domains, and MyDomains.tech ("Company"), acting as the sponsoring registrar or as a reseller for the identified sponsoring registrar in the WHOIS record. The Company is also referenced as "we", "us", or "our" throughout this Agreement. By utilizing the Company's domain registration services ("Services"), you consent to be bound by this Agreement. Please review this Agreement thoroughly.
Amendments to this Agreement may occur at any time. Such amendments will be announced on our website and will be effective 30 days after posting or upon your first use of the Services after the changes, whichever occurs sooner. If you disagree with the revised Agreement, you should discontinue using the Services.
You acknowledge the Company may revise this Agreement to adhere to ICANN and/or Registry Administrators' requirements for TLDs or ccTLDs.
Your domain registration is conditional upon:
- Acceptance of this Agreement and the Company's Terms of Service;
- The Company's approval of your registration request;
- Receipt of applicable fees by the Company;
- The Company submitting your registration details to the relevant registry.
The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in registration details provided by you or the Registry Administrator. No refunds will be issued for domain registrations with typographical errors.
The Company may refuse multiple domain registrations in line with ICANN policies.
Regarding fees:
- Payment is required for domain registration.
- Fees are non-refundable, even if registration is suspended, cancelled, or transferred.
- The Company reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days’ notice.
- Charge-backs will result in domain transfer to the Company and account lock until payment of administrative and/or charge-back fees is received.
Domain Registration Information includes your name, address, the domain, and contact details for administrative, technical, and billing contacts. Additional information may be required by ICANN policies. The Company will disclose Registration and Additional Registration Information to ICANN, Registry Administrators, or as legally required. You must update this information within seven days of any change.
Failure to verify contact information within 15 days of registration, transfer, or changes will result in suspension of the domain(s).
If you purchase Domain Privacy, the Company will replace your public WHOIS information. The Domain Privacy service is not a mail forwarding service and may be terminated if misused. The Company may disclose your Registration Information in certain circumstances, such as legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Your rights and obligations as the registrant remain intact even if you license the domain to a third party.
Upon registration, domains will be "parked" on a "coming soon" page without charge. The Company may insert advertisements on these pages and retain all revenue from such advertising.
You are solely responsible for renewing your domain and services before expiration. The Company may notify you of renewal deadlines but is not liable for any failure to renew.
For domain dispute resolution, you agree to abide by the applicable Dispute Policy, as developed by ICANN or specific Registry Administrators.
Changes to the domain name registrant are subject to ICANN’s Transfer Policy. The Company may act as a "Designated Agent" to approve registrant changes.
You represent and warrant that any third-party information provided by you is accurate and that you have obtained the necessary consents for its use.
You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from your domain registration or use.
The Company disclaims any warranties and limits its liability to the total amount you paid for domain registration.
The Agreement is effective until your domain is cancelled, transferred, or expires.
Additional terms include privacy policy adherence, governing law, and the entire agreement between you and the Company.
