Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable usage of services provided by MyDomains.tech and is an integral part of the Terms of Service. Defined terms in this AUP carry the same meanings as in the Terms of Service. MyDomains.tech reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without notice.

Services by MyDomains.tech are to be used strictly for lawful purposes. Users agree to adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in their use of the Services. MyDomains.tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove or disable material deemed in violation of this AUP, with or without notice. Non-response to an email from our abuse department within the specified timeframe may lead to suspension or termination of Services.

Users are responsible for their agents, representatives, and end-users' compliance with this AUP. Services are intended solely for legitimate business and commercial use. Activities deemed illegal, offensive, abusive, or harmful to the Services' integrity or performance, or that potentially expose MyDomains.tech to legal liability, are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses include:

1. Intellectual Property Rights Infringement: Unauthorized use, copying, distribution of copyrighted material is strictly forbidden. Repeat violations will lead to account suspension or termination.

2. Shared Account Usage: Shared hosting accounts cannot be used as backup/storage devices, except for one cPanel backup of the same account.

Unacceptable Material:

1. Zero Tolerance Adult Content Policy: No adult content, including nudity or partial nudity, is permitted.

2. Prohibited material includes, but is not limited to, topsites, cannabis or CBD-related websites, IRC Scripts/Bots, proxy scripts, image hosting scripts, auto-surf sites, IP scanners, brute force programs, mail bombers, commercial banner services, file dump/mirror scripts, commercial audio streaming, and any content promoting illegal activities.

3. Child Pornography: Strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension.

4. Free Web Hosting for Resellers: Not allowed under MyDomains.tech reseller services.

Resource Usage Policies:

1. Resource Limits: Usage of more than 25% of system resources for over 90 seconds is not permitted.

2. Prohibited Activities: Running unattended server-side processes, bit torrent applications, file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities, gaming servers, or cron jobs with intervals less than 15 minutes.

3. INODES Limit: Excessive use may result in warning or suspension.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy:

1. Strictly prohibits unsolicited email and spam. Violations may result in termination.

2. Spamvertised sites are not permitted on our servers.

Defamation Policy:

1. Adheres to U.S. law concerning defamatory material hosted on U.S. servers.

MyDomains.tech Rights:

1. Investigative Rights: MyDomains.tech reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

2. Cooperation with Legal Authorities: We may cooperate with legal authorities and third parties in investigating AUP violations.

AUP Violations:

Services may be terminated with or without notice upon AUP violation. Failure to respond to our abuse department may result in service suspension or termination. Reports of AUP violations can be made to abuse@MyDomains.tech.
