Terms of Service

MyDomains.tech is a service of MyCompany.tech, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using MyDomains.tech, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mydomains.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant registry and ICANN. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. False WHOIS data is a violation of these terms and may result in domain suspension or cancellation.

MyDomains.tech is a domain reseller, not itself an ICANN-accredited registrar. We register domains through ICANN-accredited registrars, and which registrar sponsors a given domain depends on the extension. The registrar of record for any domain you hold with us is shown alongside that domain in your client area and in its public WHOIS record, and your registration is also governed by that registrar’s registration agreement.

We offer free WHOIS privacy on all eligible domains. Certain registries require public WHOIS data and privacy is not available for those TLDs.

4. Payments and Renewals

All fees are listed in USD. Domains and hosting plans are billed in advance for the period selected. If auto-renew is enabled, your payment method will be charged before the expiry date. It is your responsibility to keep payment information current to avoid service interruption.

We do not offer refunds on domain registrations once the registration has been submitted to the registry, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Host illegal content or engage in copyright infringement
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or other deceptive activities
• Distribute malware or engage in network attacks
• Violate the rights of any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

6. Uptime and Service Levels

We target 99.95% uptime for hosting services. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control are excluded. Service credits for downtime may be available; contact support for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDomains.tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDomains.tech, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your client area. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or site notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
